Netflix will debut Tomb Raider: The Legend of Lara Croft on October 10. Netflix also revealed the release date and a brand-new trailer.
The storyline carries over from the events of the Survivor trilogy, in which Lara Croft was a little girl and the primary character. Lara will have to “face herself and decide what kind of hero she wants to become” while pursuing a “dangerous and powerful” stolen relic, according to Netflix.
Initially revealed in 2021, Tomb Raider: The Legend of Lara Croft is a collaborative project between Legendary Television and Powerhouse Animation, a well-known studio best known for their Castlevania series. Tasha Huo, a well-known screenwriter and executive producer of The Witcher: Blood Origin, was also the series’ executive producer.
Hayley Atwell, an actress, plays Lara Croft. It’s important to remember that The Legend of Lara Croft differs from the Tomb Raider games. Another is being developed for Prime Video.
