Embracer Group, in its latest quarterly report for the first three months of 2024, highlighted the impressive sales performance of the zombie action game Dead Island 2, which has surpassed 3 million copies sold in the past year.
The conglomerate also announced that the number of players for Dead Island 2 has surpassed an impressive 7 million. This figure includes subscribers to Xbox Game Pass, where the game was made available in late February with expert-level proficiency.
In late April, Dead Island 2 made its debut on Steam, accompanied by a new paid expansion called SoLA. Last year, the game launched its first expansion, Haus. The zombie action game is available on PC and consoles of all generations.
