How to redesign the Temple Rampart layout

Currently, there’s no instant way to reset the entire temple. To get rid of poorly placed rooms, you ‘ll either have to complete the current temple or leave it immediately after entering .

After completing a run or exiting early, some rooms in the temple “Destabilize” and disappear. This doesn’t happen to all rooms, but it frees up space for a new attempt.

Rooms like the Reliquary or the Sanctuary of Reverence destabilize only after they’re completed. Others may disappear automatically when the temple closes, if their description specifies so.

More drastic changes will require defeating the Royal Architect or Atziri herself . Defeating the Architect will cause some rooms to disappear, while defeating Atziri will completely reset the entire temple. Leave the left or right side of the temple map empty, using it to create paths to the back rooms. Try to build the most direct corridor leading to the Architect or Atziri.
