The creators of “Smuta” released many patches to improve the game after its release. Some gamers decided to join in when the game received a record discount.
Recently, the authors of “Smuta” announced a new campaign. This time they decided to offer a 50% discount, and the money earned will go “not into your pocket”, but to charity.
Now the developers are summing up the sales of “Trouble”. They did not specify the exact number of copies, but the “approximate” number is quite easy to calculate – they mentioned the amount of funds collected, which allows us to estimate the lower threshold of sales:
“Boyars, it is time to sum up the results of our two charity events in favor of the Museum of Moscow. In total, with your help, we managed to collect more than 700 thousand rubles , which will be transferred to the Museum fund. The “Siberia Nova” studio thanks you for your support and cooperation: the money collected during this event is a common good deed that we managed to accomplish together with you.”
The cost of one copy of “Smuta” was 877 rubles, i.e. at least ~799 – 800 copies of the game were sold.
Judging by the comments, many community members supported this charitable initiative of the game’s authors.
