The new X-Men adaptation will be written by the screenwriter of The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Snakes and Songbirds.
Deadline reports that Marvel Studios has selected a screenwriter to pen the script for the upcoming X-Men movie. Michael Lesslie, who starred in The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Snakes and Songbirds and Justin Kurzel’s Macbeth, will play it.
The author of the Wheel of Time series, Rafe Judkins, was also a candidate.
According to the media, the X-Men movie’s production is still in its very early phases. The project does not yet have a director, cast, or even a scheduled premiere date.
