The game was limited to “18+”
On the PEGI website, information has appeared about assigning an updated version of the Resident Evil 3 remake for Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5 to an age rating. The game was rated 18+ for adults only.
The age rating label says that Resident Evil 3 has profanity and violence.
The updated version of Resident Evil 3 for consoles will receive ray tracing, high frame rates and 3D sound. The PlayStation 5 versions will also have support for DualSense features like haptic feedback and adaptive triggers. Users who own the game on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One will be able to upgrade to the PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X|S versions at no additional cost.
The Resident Evil 3 remastered release date is scheduled for 2022.
